The Worker Management Software (WMS) functions will allow the user to maintain and retrieve the details of the workers who hold the RFID cards. The system also monitors the entry of the workers and produce reports of their movements through integration with the Access Control System units place at various entry points in the Company/Camp. The system also offers the ability of recording the Time Attendance information of the workers assigns appropriate schedule and grace time for them and processes leave request.
The system maintains all workers information such as Passport Details, Visa Details, Basic Payroll, Residency Details and many more features like archiving of documents, view/print/Fax & Email. The system also offers essential HR functionality along with the payroll.
The system allows modifying and deleting the details of the workers, companies, departments inside the company, payrolls and schedules.
